It will ensure that you become more flexible and reduce the risk of muscle strain and injuries while at the same time allowing you to get rid of any pains. Rest is an integral component of a gym routine when exercise is concerned. It allows muscles time to repair themselves, hence developing back into a more powerful version. Over-training may cause exhaustion, injuries, and poor performances. Getting sufficient sleep and including days of rest in the schedule ensures proper recovery and growth of one’s body.
